Position Overview

As a Senior Conversational AI & Generative Chatbot Engineer, you will be the technical architect and hands‑on engineer responsible for designing, building, and deploying advanced chatbot solutions on the brighthush platform. You will collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, data scientists, and client stakeholders to deliver intelligent, scalable, and highly reliable conversational experiences. Key Responsibilities

Design & Implement Conversational Solutions

• Architect end‑to‑end systems: Translate business requirements into robust, maintainable code that scales across millions of concurrent users.

Code Quality & Testing

Code Review & Mentorship

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience building and deploying Natural Language Processing (NLP) systems, including large language model (LLM) or generative AI solutions.
• At least 3 years of software development experience in JavaScript, Python, or Java, with a strong focus on real‑time, event‑driven architectures.
• 5+ years of hands‑on JavaScript development, demonstrating proficiency in modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Express, etc.).
