Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Conversational Chatbot Designer at brighthush, you will:

• Design End‑to‑End Conversational Flows: Anticipate user needs, handle edge cases, and deliver personalized, contextual information in real time across voice and text channels.
• Collaborate Cross‑Functionally: Work closely with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and support teams to translate complex educational use cases into intuitive voice and text interactions.
• Create High‑Fidelity Mockups & Prototypes: Produce storyboards, flow diagrams, and interactive prototypes that showcase user journeys and conversational logic.
• Conduct User Research & Usability Testing: Gather qualitative and quantitative insights, iterate on designs, and validate hypotheses through rigorous testing.

Essential Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in conversation design, UX writing, or digital content strategy, preferably within the education or e‑learning space.
• Proven track record of delivering high‑quality conversational experiences that have been deployed to production.
• Strong portfolio showcasing voice and text UI designs, including flow diagrams, mockups, and prototypes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging dialogue.
