Senior Counsel, Commercial Law

Leading commercial dealmaking and government contracting, the full-time Senior Counsel, Commercial Law will draft and negotiate agreements for quantum computing sales and federal contracts while building and refining legal processes in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Draft and negotiate agreements for quantum system sales, cloud access, and supplier contracts Serve as lead counsel on federal contracts and advise on compliance with FAR, DFARS, and agency requirements Create and refine contract templates and train teams on contracting and government compliance Required qualifications J.D. and active membership in good standing in at least one U.S. state bar 7+ years of relevant experience, including in-house legal experience Strong track record negotiating complex commercial agreements, preferably in hardware or deep-tech sectors Hands-on experience with federal government contracts, including FAR/DFARS and subcontracting A builder's mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment Experience: 7 years required
