Senior Manager, People Technology

To optimize the employee lifecycle, the full-time remote Senior Manager, People Technology will manage the People technology ecosystem centered around Workday, driving automation and AI solutions while collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute the People technology roadmap, translating strategic priorities into actionable project plans Oversee Workday administration, including configuration, business process design, and vendor management Drive automation and AI initiatives to enhance efficiency and improve the employee experience Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; relevant certifications a plus 7+ years of experience with Workday, including hands-on configuration and third-party system integrations 5+ years in a leadership role managing HRIS, People Operations, or HR Shared Services teams Experience leading HR technology projects and process improvements Familiarity with AI/automation tools applied to HR technology or People Operations Experience: 7 years required
