Job DescriptionProminent firm with a national defense practice is seeking a Litigation Attorney for their growing Orange County office.A book of business is not required to be considered for a Partner role.Ideal candidate will have 8years of Litigation experience in one or more of the following areas :General Liability, Product Liability, Construction Defect, Catastrophic Injury, Wrongful Death, Transportation / Trucking, Medical Malpractice, Premises Liability, Auto, Habitability, Personal Injury, Professional Liability, Civil Litigation, Environmental / Toxic Tort, Insurance Defense.Responsibilities :Attend depositions, court hearings and mediationsHandle cases from inception to conclusionDraft pleadings, motions, briefsProvide status reports and communicate with clientsQualifications :Pre-trial and / or trial experienceStrong research and writing skills8years of litigation experienceLicensed to practice and in good standing in CaliforniaExperience cross-examining plaintiffs and other fact witnesses desiredExperience drafting discovery and pretrial motionsBase Compensation Range 180k-230k DOEBonus Benefits Hybrid or Fully RemotePlease email resume to [email protected].
