Your focus will be on driving growth through strategic outreach, personalized engagement, and a deep understanding of the K‑12 buying cycle.
Key Responsibilities

- Pipeline & Forecast Discipline – Build and maintain a clean, accurate pipeline with disciplined forecasting, using data‑driven insights to prioritize high‑value prospects.
- Playbook Development – Contribute to the evolution of playbooks, training materials, and best practices for future hires, ensuring consistency across the sales organization.

- Revenue Accountability – Meet or exceed quarterly and annual cross‑sell quotas, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Thought Leadership – Represent brighthush at conferences, webinars, and industry events, sharing insights on student safety and digital learning best practices.
