Your Role & Impact
You will be the architect and champion of brighthush’s live‑learning ecosystem. From strategy to execution, you’ll own the entire lifecycle of live sessions—planning, production, delivery, and post‑event analysis. Your work will directly influence customer satisfaction, product adoption, and revenue growth. You’ll collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Engineering to create engaging, high‑value learning experiences that resonate with customers across all tiers and industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Ownership – Define the vision, roadmap, and operating model for the live‑learning program. Consolidate existing initiatives (e.g., Startup CSM sessions, RecOps clinics) into a unified calendar and experience.
- Operational Excellence – Build reusable templates, checklists, and automation scripts to streamline registration, reminders, session setup, and post‑event follow‑up. Reduce manual effort by 30% within the first six months.
- Learning Design & Content Development – Partner with subject‑matter experts and Customer Education Program Managers to craft session outlines, facilitator guides, exercises, and supporting resources that align with customer goals.
- Presenter Enablement – Coach experts on delivery techniques, pacing, Q&A management, and audience engagement. Create a “Presenter Kit” that includes rehearsal checklists, production plans, and best‑practice guidelines.
- Session Delivery – Host or co‑facilitate selected sessions, ensuring a smooth, interactive experience. Experiment with new formats (e.g., live workshops, breakout rooms) to keep content fresh and engaging.
- Content Repository Management – Own the live‑learning recording library. Decide what to archive, how to tag and organize content, and when to refresh or retire sessions. Collaborate with Academy operations to repurpose recordings into on‑demand courses or playbooks.
- Marketing & Promotion – Work with Marketing to design compelling landing pages, email campaigns, and social media assets that drive attendance and awareness.
- Analytics & Continuous Improvement – Track key metrics (registration, attendance, engagement, learner satisfaction, post‑session action). Use data to iterate on content, format, and delivery, ensuring each session delivers measurable value.
- Strategic Expansion – Identify new audience segments and session types (e.g., onboarding series, advanced workshops, customer spotlights) based on customer feedback and usage data.
