Role Overview

As the Senior Customer Engagement & Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will be the strategic architect and hands‑on executor of integrated campaigns that deepen member relationships, boost product adoption, and drive event attendance. Working closely with the Marketing Director and cross‑functional partners—including research, sales, content, design, social, and PR—you will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of our engagement programs, from ideation to measurement and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engagement Strategy & Campaign Planning – Craft and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate research usage, accelerate product adoption, and increase event participation. Translate business objectives into actionable communication plans that resonate across email, webinars, digital channels, and more.
  • Integrated Campaign Management – Lead the planning and execution of multi‑channel campaigns for new research releases, product launches, and core offerings. Ensure a cohesive go‑to‑market approach that aligns with brand voice and member expectations.
  • Communication Calendar & Coordination – Build and maintain a dynamic communication calendar in sync with PR, social, sales, research, and other stakeholders. Coordinate release schedules, content cadences, and promotional activities to maximize reach and impact.
  • Email & Lifecycle Marketing – Own the email strategy: audience segmentation, campaign objectives, send frequency, and timing. Build, QA, and schedule member emails, collaborating with content marketing to reflect brighthush’s brand voice.
  • Deliverability & Database Hygiene – Optimize email deliverability, maintain clean data sets, and implement best practices to ensure maximum inbox placement and engagement.
  • Testing & Optimization – Design and run A/B tests, analyze results, and apply insights to refine messaging, creative, and channel performance.
  • Customer Insight & Personalization – Contribute to the development of customer personas and journey maps. Leverage customer intelligence data to identify trends, inform engagement strategies, and recommend new initiatives that drive relevance and value.
  • Event Promotion & Execution – Plan and execute promotional campaigns for webinars and in‑person events across email, web, social, and PR. Create campaign briefs, coordinate with sales, research, events, and design teams, and drive registrants, leads, and appointments.
  • Measurement & Reporting – Track, analyze, and report on campaign and engagement performance. Provide clear insights, actionable recommendations, and contribute to a KPI framework that benchmarks success and fuels continuous improvement.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Build strong working relationships with research, sales, content, design, events, and other teams to ensure a seamless member journey. Partner with sales enablement to keep the sales team informed of upcoming campaigns and collateral.
