Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Implementation Engineer, you will be the linchpin between our cutting‑edge technology and our clients’ operational needs. Your day‑to‑day tasks will include:

• Designing and deploying cloud‑native solutions that meet the stringent security and compliance requirements of healthcare institutions.
• Configuring and managing infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Pulumi, ensuring repeatable, auditable deployments.

Essential Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

• Completed vocational training or a bachelor’s/master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in cloud administration, preferably with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid SQL skills for database design, migration, and performance tuning.
• Strong command of German (C1 level) and good proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
