As a Senior Customer Project Manager for Small Cell Deployment, you will be the linchpin that turns complex technical requirements into seamless, on‑time, on‑budget projects. Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, maintaining open, proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Project Definition: Collaborate with clients and brighthush leadership to define scope, schedule, cost, resources, risk, quality, and deliverables.
• Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and communication documents; oversee execution from initiation to close.
• Resource Management: Allocate internal team members and third‑party contractors; identify staffing gaps and recruit additional talent as needed.
• Vendor Oversight: Manage SAQ vendors, ensuring adherence to CX standards, timely NTPs, and accurate material orders.
• Risk & Change Management: Conduct risk analyses, anticipate scope changes, and devise contingency plans to keep projects on track.
• Reporting & Metrics: Track milestones, deliverables, and financials; produce progress reports, proposals, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Team Leadership: Coach, mentor, and motivate project teams and contractors; foster a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Process Improvement: Capture best practices, refine methodologies, and contribute to brighthush’s evolving project management framework.
• Compliance & Quality: Ensure all work meets regulatory, safety, and quality standards, and that final deliverables satisfy client expectations.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of telecom experience, with a proven track record in site acquisition, construction, integration, and optimization.
• Deep knowledge of small cell technology and the end‑to‑end deployment process.
• Strong customer‑centric mindset, with the ability to translate technical details into clear, actionable plans.
• Advanced project management skills: scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and resource control.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a matrixed organization.
• Financial acumen: budgeting, margin analysis, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• High level of integrity, work ethic, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Preferred (But Not Mandatory) Skills

• Experience with SAQ vendor management and CX standards.
• Familiarity with brighthush’s proprietary Site Tracker system.
• Knowledge of local zoning, permitting, and regulatory requirements for small cell sites.
• Previous exposure to agile or lean project methodologies.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
