Position Overview

As a Senior Customer Success Executive based in the Mid‑West, you will serve as the linchpin between our transformative solutions and the clinicians who rely on them daily. You will own the entire customer lifecycle—from onboarding through expansion—ensuring that each partnership delivers measurable value, drives product adoption, and ultimately improves patient outcomes. This role is fully remote, with a flexible travel requirement of up to 40% to support on‑site engagements, training sessions, and strategic meetings across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Onboarding & Implementation: Lead the end‑to‑end onboarding process for new clients, coordinating cross‑functional teams (engineering, product, support) to deliver seamless, on‑time implementations that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Adoption & Engagement: Design and execute adoption strategies that drive active usage of our EHR integrations, SSO/SAML solutions, SMART on FHIR interfaces, and mobile device management (MDM) capabilities. Monitor usage metrics, identify adoption gaps, and implement targeted interventions.
  • Value Realization & ROI: Partner with clients to define success metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and quantify the business value of our solutions. Present quarterly business reviews (QBRs) that showcase ROI, highlight success stories, and outline future opportunities.
  • Strategic Account Management: Build and nurture long‑term relationships with key stakeholders, including CIOs, clinical informatics leads, and department heads. Serve as the trusted advisor on technology strategy, workflow optimization, and regulatory compliance.
  • Product Feedback Loop: Capture client insights, pain points, and feature requests. Collaborate with product management to prioritize enhancements that align with market needs and customer priorities.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical support to ensure a unified customer experience. Provide training, create knowledge‑base content, and lead workshops or webinars.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify potential risks, troubleshoot complex issues, and coordinate resolution across internal teams. Escalate critical incidents to senior leadership when necessary.
  • Travel & On‑Site Support: Conduct on‑site visits (up to 40% of the time) to facilitate training, system demonstrations, and strategic planning sessions with clients across the United States.
  • Data‑Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics to uncover trends, forecast adoption trajectories, and recommend actionable improvements to both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent brighthush at industry conferences, webinars, and user group meetings, sharing best practices and positioning our solutions as the gold standard in healthcare integration.
