Why This Role Matters: The Heartbeat of Customer Success at brighthush

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be the linchpin between our cutting‑edge platform and the teams that rely on it daily. Your expertise will guide project champions through onboarding, adoption, and continuous improvement, ensuring that every user extracts maximum value from brighthush’s capabilities. You will be the customer’s advocate inside our organization, translating field insights into product enhancements that drive growth and deepen client loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Advisory & Adoption Leadership: Partner with project champions to design and execute adoption roadmaps that align with their operational goals. Drive user engagement, monitor usage metrics, and identify opportunities to increase ROI across multiple construction sites.
  • Onboarding & Training Excellence: Lead the end‑to‑end onboarding of new users—project managers, superintendents, engineers, and field crews. Deliver tailored training sessions, create user guides, and ensure a smooth transition from legacy tools to brighthush.
  • Data Integrity & Digital Twin Management: Collaborate with our technical team to validate and refine project data. Work closely with the dedicated Solution Manager to keep the digital twin current, ensuring that the platform’s insights remain accurate and actionable.
  • Voice of the Customer: Capture user stories, pain points, and success metrics. Translate these insights into product backlog items, feature requests, and roadmap priorities that resonate with both our engineering and product teams.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to create a cohesive delivery experience. Contribute to playbook development, process improvements, and knowledge base updates that elevate the entire Customer Success function.
  • Performance & Growth Metrics: Track key success indicators—adoption rates, NPS, churn, expansion revenue—and report findings to senior leadership. Use data‑driven insights to forecast renewal and upsell opportunities.
  • Travel & On‑Site Presence: Spend approximately 80% of your time on construction sites across Texas (Houston, Dallas, El Paso). Build strong relationships with on‑site teams, observe workflows, and provide real‑time support.

Essential Qualifications

  • 7+ years of hands‑on construction experience (Project Manager, Superintendent, Project Engineer, or similar).
  • Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects, delivering on schedule and within budget.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels, from field crews to executive leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively (≈80% of the role) and work onsite in dynamic construction environments.

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • Background in construction technology, AEC consulting, or Customer Success Management within the built‑environment sector.
