Key Responsibilities
As the Senior Customer Success Operations Manager, you will be the backbone of our post‑sales organization, ensuring that every customer interaction is efficient, data‑rich, and scalable. Your day‑to‑day work will involve:
- Dashboard & Reporting Leadership – Own the design, development, and maintenance of the post‑sales dashboard that feeds leadership, board members, and customer‑facing teams. Ensure data accuracy, real‑time updates, and actionable insights.
- Process & Playbook Standardization – Consolidate and templatize decks, playbooks, and SOPs currently duplicated across Technical Account Managers (TAMs). Create a single source of truth that is easy to adopt and continuously improved.
- Automation & Efficiency Design – Identify manual bottlenecks in task tracking, QBR preparation, and renewal workflows. Build or champion automation solutions that reduce effort, increase reliability, and free up TAMs to focus on high‑value customer engagement.
- Centralized Knowledge Hub – Build and maintain a centralized repository for all post‑sales content—decks, playbooks, process documents, and training materials—so that every team member can find the right resource at the right time.
- Renewal & Revenue Tracking – Partner with TAMs to track renewal pipelines, forecast revenue, and report on key metrics. Provide insights that help the team close deals and identify upsell opportunities.
- Operational Gap Analysis – Work closely with TAMs, support staff, and leadership to surface operational gaps, prioritize fixes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Act as the connector who scopes technical builds (e.g., new dashboards, integrations) and brings the right internal partners on board, ensuring projects move from concept to delivery without delays.
- Thought Leadership in RevOps – Stay current on best practices in post‑sales and revenue operations, and bring fresh ideas to the team as brighthush scales.
