The Opportunity
As a Senior Customer Value Manager based in Ontario, you will be the strategic partner and trusted advisor for a portfolio of high‑profile dealership accounts. Your primary mission is to translate the capabilities of the brighthush platform into measurable business outcomes for our customers, ensuring that each dealer realizes maximum value, achieves sustainable growth, and remains a long‑term partner. This is not a support or retention role; it is a leadership position that sits at the intersection of customer success, product strategy, and revenue growth. You will own the end‑to‑end customer journey, from onboarding through expansion, and will be accountable for the financial health and expansion potential of your accounts.
What You’ll Do
- Account Ownership & Relationship Building – Cultivate deep, trusted relationships with operational contacts, general managers, dealer principals, and executive stakeholders across your portfolio. Your influence will shape the strategic direction of each account.
- Customer Value Planning – Design, maintain, and execute a dynamic Customer Value Plan (CVP) for each account, ensuring alignment with dealer priorities and measurable business outcomes. The CVP will be a living document that evolves with the dealer’s goals.
- Outcome‑Focused Value Reviews – Replace traditional QBRs with structured, data‑driven Value Reviews that highlight platform adoption, operational performance, and realized value. These reviews will be the cornerstone of your value narrative.
- Strategic Collaboration – Partner with Customer Value Architects to interpret maturity models, adoption data, and workflow insights, shaping account strategy and identifying value gaps.
- Value Narrative Development – Translate platform usage and operational metrics into compelling stories that help dealers understand where they are gaining value and where further opportunities exist.
- Portfolio Health Management – Monitor account health indicators, renewal readiness, expansion potential, and risk factors, ensuring proactive management of the entire portfolio.
- Renewal & Expansion Forecasting – Anticipate renewal cycles, support sales with documented evidence of value, and identify cross‑sell or upsell opportunities that align with dealer goals.
- Internal Advocacy – Serve as the voice of the customer, escalating risks, highlighting friction points, and influencing product and service improvements.
- Cross‑Functional Coordination – Work closely with Sales, Product, Support, Enablement, and Implementation teams to remove blockers, align strategy, and deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Travel & On‑Site Engagement – Travel up to 50% of the time to dealership sites and industry events to strengthen relationships and gain deeper operational insights.
- Documentation & Knowledge Management – Keep all CVP documentation, account records, and interaction histories current, accurate, and actionable for internal stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement – Identify process enhancements that improve retention readiness, expansion visibility, and overall customer value realization.
- Thought Leadership – Represent brighthush at industry conferences, webinars, and roundtables, sharing best practices and positioning the company as a thought leader in automotive SaaS.
