Senior Data Analyst
Tech Valley Talent is looking for a Sr. Data Analyst for a 2+ year remote role with our gov't client in the energy sector. This role will start in November. It is a 37.5 hour work week. Key details follow: PLEASE NOTE - CAN ONLY WORK W2 - NO THIRD PARTIES LOCATION: REMOTE BUT PREFER EST OR CST DUE TO CLIENT LOCATION IS NYS DURATION: 2+ YEARS WORK WEEK : 37.5 HOURS EXPERIENCE LEVEL : 5+ YEARS AS A DATA ANALYST EDUCATION: BACHELORS DEGREE MINIMUM DOCUMENTATION: RESUME, RIGHT TO REPRESENT, EXCEL SAMPLE, WRITING SAMPLE DESCRIPTION/SKILLS REQUIRED: 5+ years as a Data Analyst Very strong skills with Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, X Lookup and V Lookup Attention to detail is paramount as you will be working with multiple spreadsheets and programs Experience with trend analysis and trend identification Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely Significant experience with reporting required Strong ability to analyze data to create reports and evaluate the success of program implementation staff Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel, Word) Working knowledge of Salesforce (or other CRM) Experience or exposure to federal level reporting and/or internal auditing Prior experience with federal and state grant administration is preferred Experience with spreadsheets - data analysis background Assist with monthly and quarterly Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) reporting; Review IRA documentation approved by implementation staff for compliance with Client policies; Responsible for pulling records, intense federal level reporting, and internal auditing; TVT is an Information Technology (IT) professional business leader providing IT services to the public sector.
