Role Overview
The Senior Data Analyst will serve as the analytical backbone for brighthush’s Customer Success organization, which supports healthcare professionals across 13 markets. You will partner closely with the VP of a key business line—either Individual Doctors or Clinics—to deliver data‑driven insights that inform strategy, optimize performance, and accelerate growth.
Reporting to the Global Customer Success Operations & Analytics Manager, you will own the full lifecycle of analytical projects: from scoping and data modeling to dashboard creation, experimentation, and storytelling. Your work will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and the broader data organization, ensuring that insights are actionable, scalable, and aligned with brighthush’s standards.
