Our culture thrives on curiosity, collaboration, and a relentless focus on delivering value to our clients.

Why This Role Matters

In the fast‑evolving automotive landscape, OEMs face mounting pressure to deliver flawless vehicles while managing warranty costs. As the Senior Data Analytics Lead, you will be the analytical champion for a portfolio of high‑profile OEM clients. Your mission is to transform complex data sets into clear, compelling narratives that guide clients toward superior quality, reduced warranty spend, and sustained competitive advantage. You will partner closely with client teams, internal stakeholders, and cross‑functional experts to deliver insights that drive strategic decisions and long‑term partnership growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis & Insight Generation – Leverage advanced BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Looker to mine large, multi‑dimensional data sets, uncover trends, and surface actionable insights that inform OEM quality and warranty strategies.
  • Client Advisory & Relationship Management – Serve as the primary analytical advisor for assigned OEM accounts, building trust through deep industry knowledge, transparent communication, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
  • Benchmarking & Competitive Intelligence – Conduct rigorous benchmarking studies against key competitors, translating findings into strategic recommendations that help clients stay ahead in quality and cost.
  • Root‑Cause Analysis & Solution Design – Partner with OEM engineering and quality teams to identify root causes of warranty events, design data‑driven solutions, and track impact over time.
  • Presentation & Knowledge Transfer – Develop and deliver high‑impact presentations to executive audiences, translating complex analytics into clear, actionable narratives that influence decision‑making.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align analytical initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement – Identify opportunities to enhance data pipelines, automate reporting, and refine analytical frameworks to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Travel & On‑Site Engagement – Conduct on‑site consultations and workshops across the U.S. (up to 60% travel) to deepen client relationships and ensure seamless implementation of insights.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive product planning, quality, product development, retail sales, consulting, or data analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to analyze large, complex data sets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (including VBA), PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership and executive audiences, with a track record of influencing strategic decisions.
  • Strong understanding of automotive industry trends, warranty dynamics, and quality improvement methodologies.
  • Willingness to travel domestically within the U.S. up to 60% of the time for on‑site client engagements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data integration platforms such as Informatica, Talend, or similar.
  • Advanced programming skills in Python, Spark, or SQL for data manipulation and modeling.
  • Track record of integrating disparate data sources into unified analytical frameworks.
  • Leadership experience in a data‑driven role, mentoring junior analysts or leading cross‑functional projects.
  • Master’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline.

Skills & Competencies

  • Analytical Thinking – Ability to dissect complex problems, identify key drivers, and develop data‑backed solutions.
  • Communication Excellence – Skilled at crafting concise, persuasive narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Client‑Centric Mindset – Passion for understanding client needs and delivering tangible value.
  • Collaboration & Influence – Comfortable working across teams and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Adaptability – Thrives in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple priorities and shifting client demands.
  • Technical Proficiency – Strong command of BI tools, data modeling, and programming languages relevant to automotive analytics.
