Senior Design Engineer- Physical Security

Job: Senior Design Engineer- Physical Security Location: 100% remote from anywhere in the US Duration: multi-year contract position Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Security Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end design, optimization, and implementation of complex CCTV and Access Control systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design security systems, including Access Control (Client) , Video Surveillance (SVS/CCTV) , intrusion detection, and fire alarm systems. Utilize proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Bluebeam to develop, review, and mark up design documentation. Collaborate with project managers, technicians, and clients to ensure project requirements are met and designs are implemented accurately. Create detailed documentation, including design reports, bills of materials (BOM), and as-built drawings.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in CCTV and Access Control design and engineering.
