We are looking for a Senior Python/.NET Developer - Fixed Income Risk & PnL for one of our clients, a corporate and investment bank based in New York.
About the Role
Join a small team building a brand-new greenfield Risk and PnL platform for the fixed income business, on AWS. Working hand in hand with the quant team, you'll own software delivery and technical design, and make sure the team ships high-quality code using best practices in code management, testing and CI/CD. Fully remote, on EST (New York) hours.
What You'll Do
Own software delivery, ensuring quality and scope expectations are met Drive best practices for code management, testing and CI/CD across the team Contribute to and own the technical design, keeping the system architecture well documented Build a greenfield Risk and PnL solution on AWS for the fixed income space Collaborate closely with the quant team and partner technology teams What You Bring Very deep understanding of Python and .NET / .NET Core Solid OO principles and cloud computing knowledge Experience with multi-threading and asynchronous programming Hands-on experience with Docker Experience designing and building API-based service-oriented or microservice architectures Solid CI/CD experience (Git, TeamCity, etc.) and Agile SDLC Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field, or substantial advanced software delivery experience Fixed Income product knowledge and AWS experience are a plus Ready to build a greenfield Risk and PnL platform alongside quants at a leading investment bank?
