Why This Role Matters

As a Senior Digital Customer Engagement Lead, you will be the linchpin between our clients’ business objectives and the technical teams that deliver them. You will own the end‑to‑end customer journey, ensuring that every touchpoint—from initial discovery to post‑go‑live support—is optimized for success. Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement & Success: Serve as the primary point of contact for key enterprise accounts, building deep relationships with C‑suite executives, IT leaders, and business stakeholders.
• Strategic Cloud Migration Planning: Lead the design and execution of cloud migration roadmaps, ensuring seamless transition from on‑premise or legacy systems to the brighthush Cloud Platform and hyperscaler environments.
• Hyperscaler Integration: Architect and oversee the integration of hyperscaler services (e.g., compute, storage, AI/ML, analytics) into existing enterprise architectures, ensuring performance, cost‑efficiency, and compliance.
• Solution Design & Delivery: Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and data scientists to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and resilient cloud solutions.
• Change Management & Adoption: Develop and execute adoption strategies that empower end‑users, including training, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Implement monitoring frameworks to track system health, user engagement, and ROI, and drive iterative improvements.
• Thought Leadership: Represent brighthush at industry events, webinars, and client workshops, positioning the company as a trusted advisor in digital transformation.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and support teams to align on go‑to‑market strategies and customer success metrics.
• Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure all migration and integration activities adhere to industry regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001) and internal security policies.
• Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular status reports to senior leadership, highlighting milestones, risks, and business impact.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT, with at least 5 years in cloud migration, hyperscaler integration, or digital transformation roles.
• Proven track record of managing large‑scale cloud projects (>$10M) from concept through delivery.
• Deep understanding of brighthush landscapes, cloud architecture patterns, and integration middleware.

• Background in data governance, data lake architecture, or data mesh concepts.
• Experience with multi‑cloud or hybrid‑cloud strategies.
• Previous role as a Customer Success Manager or similar, with a focus on enterprise SaaS products.
• Fluency in multiple languages (English plus one of Spanish, French, German, or Mandarin) is a plus.
