This position requires a leader who can manage complex business priorities while maintaining strong financial discipline. Working closely with executive leadership, the Senior Director will help establish strategic objectives, evaluate growth opportunities, and ensure that business operations align with financial and organizational goals. The ideal candidate brings extensive management experience, sound business judgment, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-changing technology environment. Key ResponsibilitiesLead strategic business initiatives and oversee operational performance across assigned departments. Work with executive leadership to establish annual business priorities, performance targets, and growth objectives. Manage departmental budgets, financial forecasts, operating expenses, and resource allocation. Partner with Finance to evaluate profitability, cash flow requirements, cost structures, and investment opportunities. Oversee business planning and coordinate major projects involving technology, operations, and commercial teams. Evaluate new business opportunities using financial analysis, market research, and operational assessments. Develop performance indicators to measure business efficiency, financial results, and project execution. Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, reduce unnecessary costs, and strengthen organizational productivity. Support strategic partnerships, commercial negotiations, and business development initiatives. Lead department managers and project teams while maintaining accountability for results. Assess operational and financial risks and recommend practical solutions. Prepare business performance reports, financial assessments, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership. Qualifications12+ years of progressive experience in business management, corporate operations, financial planning, or related professional fields. At least 6 years of management experience leading teams, departments, or complex business initiatives. Experience in technology, automation, software services, or another growth-oriented industry is preferred. Strong financial management capabilities, including budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and profitability assessment. Demonstrated success managing business operations and improving organizational performance. Experience evaluating strategic investments, commercial opportunities, and financial risks. Ability to interpret financial statements, operating reports, and business performance metrics. Strong leadership, analytical thinking, project management, and executive communication skills. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and supporting organizational growth. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field is required.
