Senior Director Business Development

Role Description The Senior Director Business Development is a full-time remote role responsible for driving strategic growth for Amerimed Hospitals. This role focuses on identifying and securing new partnerships, expanding market presence, and increasing revenue across key service lines. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing business plans, overseeing lead generation activities, managing the business development pipeline, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and accounts. The Senior Director will lead contract negotiations, collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to design market-appropriate offerings, and analyze performance metrics to refine strategy. This role also involves mentoring business development team members, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and representing Amerimed Hospitals in external meetings and industry events.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a track record of building and converting a sustainable pipeline of opportunities. Strong Business Planning skills, including market analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning for healthcare services. Proficiency in Contract Negotiation, with experience structuring, reviewing, and finalizing agreements that support organizational objectives. Proven Account Management capabilities, including ongoing relationship management, performance review, and growth of key accounts. Extensive experience in healthcare or related industries, preferably in hospital systems, health services, or integrated care networks. Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers at multiple levels. Strong analytical and financial acumen, including comfort with KPIs, revenue modeling, and ROI evaluation. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or MHA) is preferred. Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and lead cross-functional initiatives.
