Role Overview

As the Senior Director of Customer Success & Revenue Growth, you will be the strategic leader responsible for the long‑term health, satisfaction, and revenue growth of our enterprise client portfolio. You will build and scale a high‑performing Customer Success team, drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and partner with executive stakeholders to unlock expansion opportunities. Your influence will shape the future of brighthush’s customer experience, product roadmap, and market positioning.

  • Voice of the Customer – Provide actionable insights to Product and Engineering teams, influencing roadmap decisions and feature prioritization based on real‑world client needs.
  • Data‑Driven Decision Making – Leverage CRM, analytics, and customer health scores to identify churn risks, utilization gaps, and expansion opportunities. Build dashboards that keep the organization aligned on key metrics.
  • Strategic Thought Leadership – Represent brighthush at industry events, webinars, and client conferences. Position the company as a thought leader in healthcare revenue cycle optimization.
