Senior Director of Operations

Role Description The Senior Director of Operations at Conexión- Grupo Ultra Laboratorios is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational performance across the organization. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, setting operational priorities, and ensuring that processes, systems, and resources are aligned with strategic business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring key performance indicators, optimizing workflows, managing budgets, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. The Senior Director of Operations will collaborate closely with executive leadership, customer service teams, and functional managers to drive efficiency, quality, and regulatory compliance. This role also includes mentoring leadership talent, resolving complex operational issues, and supporting long-term growth and scalability.

Qualifications

Strong Operations Management experience, including process optimization and performance monitoring. Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, develop insights, and support evidence-based decision-making. Proven Team Management capabilities, with experience leading distributed or remote teams. Demonstrated proficiency in Budgeting, financial oversight, and cost-control initiatives. Customer Service orientation, with the ability to design and maintain service standards that support client satisfaction. Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or laboratory operations is highly beneficial. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or similar) preferred. Knowledge of regulatory and quality standards relevant to laboratory or healthcare environments.
