Role Description The Senior Director of Professional Services is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of client-facing implementation and consulting projects. This role oversees the professional services organization, guiding teams that design, deploy, and optimize AiforMax’s AI and automation solutions for enterprise customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining delivery methodologies, managing large and complex programs, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. The Senior Director will collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to scope engagements, refine service offerings, and support pre-sales activities. This role also includes building and mentoring a high-performing services team, setting performance goals, and continuously improving processes and tools to enhance service quality and scalability.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in Professional Services, including leading client-facing delivery teams and overseeing solution implementation. Strong Program Management skills, with a track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives and driving projects to successful completion. Background in Consulting, including the ability to assess client needs, recommend solutions, and manage strategic relationships. Proven Team Management and Team Leadership capabilities, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and building inclusive, collaborative cultures. Experience delivering technology or SaaS solutions, ideally in AI, data analytics, or automation-focused environments. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills across technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed environment and collaborate across time zones. Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, agile methodologies) are beneficial.
