Drivers act as mobile concierges with in-depth knowledge of local streets, sights, and venues, supported by modern GPS and cellular technology to ensure safe and reliable rides. 7x7 Executive Transportation offers customized transportation and concierge services, tailoring each experience to clients’ specific preferences. Role Description This is a full-time remote Executive Chauffeur role, with driving and client-facing duties performed in the field and administrative or dispatch-related interactions handled remotely. The Executive Chauffeur will transport clients in luxury vehicles to and from airports, hotels, corporate offices, events, and personal engagements, ensuring punctual, safe, and comfortable journeys. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining a professional appearance, providing courteous and discreet customer service, assisting with luggage, and offering local insights and recommendations as a mobile concierge. The role also involves daily vehicle inspections, basic cleanliness and upkeep of assigned vehicles, adherence to traffic and safety regulations, and use of GPS and mobile communication tools to optimize routes. The Executive Chauffeur will coordinate schedules, respond promptly to trip assignments, and communicate effectively with dispatch and clients to deliver a seamless, high-touch transportation experience.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Transportation skills, including safe driving practices, navigation, and familiarity with local routes. Candidates should possess proven Customer Service skills, including professionalism, courtesy, confidentiality, and client-focused communication. Candidates should possess experience with Truck or larger vehicle handling where applicable, demonstrating confidence with various vehicle types. Candidates should possess knowledge of Truckload Shipping or logistics coordination, supporting efficient scheduling and trip planning. Candidates should possess Operations Management skills, such as time management, adherence to procedures, and coordination with dispatch. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and compliance with all applicable local and state regulations. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on client needs. Strong reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and handle confidential information responsibly. Experience in executive transportation, hospitality, or concierge services is beneficial.
