Key Responsibilities

• Custom Development: Design, develop, and deploy high‑quality plugins, custom workflows, and extensions for Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement using C# (.NET) and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Data Modeling: Architect and maintain data structures in Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service), ensuring optimal performance and compliance with data governance standards.
• API Integration: Consume and expose REST/OData services, build custom connectors, and integrate third‑party systems with Dynamics 365.
• SQL & Query Optimization: Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction, reporting, and support data‑intensive processes.
• Version Control & CI/CD: Manage source code in Git, configure Azure DevOps pipelines, and enforce best practices for continuous integration and deployment.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop unit tests, perform code reviews, and collaborate with QA teams to ensure defect‑free releases.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business analysts, product owners, and clients to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Documentation: Produce clear, maintainable documentation for code, APIs, and system architecture.
• Mentorship: Guide junior developers, share knowledge, and foster a culture of learning.

Essential Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement development.
• Proficient in C# (.NET) for plugin and workflow development.
• Strong command of JavaScript/TypeScript for form customization and client‑side logic.
• Hands‑on experience with Dataverse data modeling, entity relationships, and security roles.
• Solid understanding of REST/OData services, API design, and integration patterns.
• Proficiency in SQL Server, including query writing, indexing, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, and automated build/release pipelines.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for clean, maintainable code.
• Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure Data Factory, SSIS, or Power Automate Enterprise for data integration.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Microsoft Certified: PL-400 (Power Platform Developer), MB-200, or PL-200.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices.
• Background in cloud architecture and micro‑services.
