- Lead technical onboarding and integration support, guiding customer engineers through API key provisioning, webhook configuration, and third‑party connections.
- Conduct discovery and solutioning calls, translating customer use cases into concrete integration patterns and best practices.
- Perform regular technical reviews and check‑ins to build trust, surface risk early, and uncover opportunities for deeper adoption.
- Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) to hand off custom integrations, while maintaining ownership of scaled onboarding and day‑to‑day troubleshooting.
Diagnose & Fix
- Reproduce, diagnose, and resolve technical issues across API integrations, webhook configurations, and data flows, owning the problem until resolution.
- Write diagnostic code, scripts, and queries to investigate and remediate issues, and document workarounds for future reference.
- Analyze logs, payloads, and internal metrics to root‑cause problems and implement permanent fixes.
- Build internal tooling, diagnostic scripts, and reusable solutions that scale impact across the customer base, leveraging AI and automation where appropriate.
