By marrying cutting‑edge technology with a relentless focus on the human experience, brighthush delivers a unified, intuitive interface that streamlines payments, banking, treasury, and compliance—all in one place. Our mission is simple yet ambitious: to make financial services accessible, transparent, and friction‑free for everyone, everywhere.

At brighthush, we believe that the best products are built by listening to people. That’s why the customer experience sits at the core of everything we do, even when navigating the complex world of risk, compliance, and regulatory oversight. Our culture thrives on curiosity, collaboration, and a relentless drive to solve problems that matter. We are a community of innovators, problem‑solvers, and risk‑aware professionals who are committed to building trust through transparency and empathy.

Why This Role Matters

Risk and compliance are the backbone of trust in fintech. When a customer’s account is flagged, restricted, or closed, the impact can be significant—both for the individual and for brighthush’s reputation. As the Senior Empathy‑Driven Customer Support & Risk‑Compliance Operations Lead, you will transform potentially stressful moments into opportunities for reassurance, education, and continued partnership. By mastering the nuances of our risk policies and communicating them with compassion, you help maintain the seamless experience that sets brighthush apart.

Your Impact

In this role, you will be the frontline advocate for customers who encounter risk‑related actions on their accounts. You will bridge the gap between our sophisticated risk infrastructure and the people who rely on our platform, ensuring that every interaction is handled with empathy, clarity, and precision. Your work will directly influence customer satisfaction, brand reputation, and the overall trust that our users place in brighthush.

Key Responsibilities

  • Continuous Learning – Stay current on evolving risk regulations, internal policy updates, and industry best practices. Translate complex regulatory language into clear, actionable guidance for customers.
  • Feedback Loop – Capture customer pain points, identify patterns, and propose enhancements to risk workflows and product features. Serve as the voice of the customer in risk‑centric improvement initiatives.
  • Operational Excellence – Prioritize accuracy, empathy, and timeliness in all communications. Maintain high quality standards under pressure, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects brighthush’s commitment to trust and transparency.
