You will partner closely with sales, product, and support teams to deliver a seamless customer journey from onboarding through renewal, while championing a culture of continuous improvement and customer advocacy.
Why This Role Matters
Your work will directly influence how our customers protect their most valuable data, while simultaneously driving the revenue engine that fuels our innovation pipeline. In a landscape where privacy and resilience are non‑negotiable, your expertise will help shape the future of cybersecurity for organizations worldwide.
Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Account Management – Build and nurture relationships with senior leadership, including C‑level executives, IT, and cybersecurity stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for all strategic discussions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Contract Negotiation & Renewal – Lead contract renewal processes, negotiate licensing agreements, and secure multi‑year commitments that align with customer goals and business objectives. Leverage data and insights to justify value and secure favorable terms.
- Business & Technical Reviews – Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and technical workshops to assess adoption, identify gaps, and showcase new features that drive value. Use these sessions to surface opportunities for expansion and to reinforce the ROI of the platform.
- Customer Advocacy & Success – Champion customer success stories, gather feedback, and collaborate with marketing to produce case studies, references, and testimonials that elevate the brand and attract new prospects.
- Issue Escalation & Resolution – Own the resolution of high‑impact issues, coordinating with engineering, product, and support teams to deliver timely, effective solutions. Ensure a smooth experience for the customer and a rapid return to value.
- Data‑Driven Insight & Opportunity Scoring – Analyze usage data, health metrics, and risk indicators to prioritize expansion opportunities and mitigate churn. Translate data into actionable insights for both the customer and internal stakeholders.
