The Opportunity
As brighthush scales, our clients become larger and more strategic. We already have an Enterprise Implementation team, and now we are launching the first Enterprise Customer Success Manager role. This is a unique chance to design and own the post‑go‑live experience for our most valuable accounts, shaping the future of customer success at a company on the cusp of industry leadership.
In this role, you will own a portfolio of high‑value accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for client leadership and day‑to‑day teams. You will build long‑term success strategies, protect and grow revenue, and turn satisfied customers into public references. Expect ambiguity, change, and plenty of room to make a lasting impact.
This is a full‑time, remote position open to candidates across North America. Some early‑morning or evening calls may be required to collaborate with our development teams in APAC and EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Ownership: Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for a portfolio of strategic and enterprise‑level accounts.
- Success Strategy Development: Craft and execute long‑term success plans aligned with each customer’s goals and desired outcomes.
- Revenue Growth & Retention: Partner with Sales to identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, driving expansion while safeguarding churn.
- Churn Management: Detect at‑risk accounts early using health, usage, and sentiment signals; lead proactive save plans with cross‑functional support; analyze churn reasons and feed insights back to Product, Support, and Sales.
- Executive Business Reviews (EBRs): Plan and deliver compelling EBRs that articulate the value narrative and reinforce strategic alignment.
- Escalation Management: Own end‑to‑end escalation resolution, coordinating with Engineering and Product to turn client concerns into actionable outcomes while keeping stakeholders informed.
- Roadmap & Fix Tracking: Follow up on product roadmap commitments and interim fixes, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Health Monitoring: Continuously monitor usage, health, and support activity to spot early escalation risks.
- Trend Analysis: Identify and share cross‑customer trends with Product, Support, and Sales to inform strategy and product development.
- Reference Development: Convert successful clients into powerful references and case studies.
- Team Collaboration & Mentorship: Contribute to documentation, best‑practice guides, and mentor junior team members.
