Job Description
We are seeking a Senior iOS Developer to design and build e-commerce applications for the iOS platform. The ideal candidate will ensure application performance, quality, scalability, and responsiveness while collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver new features.
Key Responsibilities
Design and build e-commerce applications for the iOS platform. Ensure application performance, quality, stability, and responsiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver new features. Identify performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and fix bugs. Maintain high standards for code quality, architecture, testing, and automation. Participate in architectural and technical design decisions. Lead and mentor junior developers.
Required Qualifications
Experience 5+ years of mobile application development experience, with strong hands-on iOS development experience. Experience designing and developing complete iOS applications from architecture through production release. Experience supporting large-scale customer-facing applications, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or marketplace environments. Technical Skills Strong iOS development experience using Swift. Strong knowledge of Swift, iOS SDK, Xcode, and Apple's development ecosystem. Experience with SwiftUI and UIKit. Experience integrating GraphQL and REST APIs. Understanding of iOS architecture and design patterns such as MVVM, MVC, Coordinator, and Clean Architecture. Experience with multithreading, asynchronous programming, and Swift concurrency (async/await). Strong knowledge of Grand Central Dispatch (GCD). Debugging and performance analysis using Xcode tools and Instruments. Experience with application lifecycle, memory management, and crash analysis. Experience with App Store submission, provisioning, certificates, signing, TestFlight, and production releases. Experience with web services and Protocol Buffers (Protobuf). Experience writing unit and UI tests using XCTest/XCUITest. Experience with CI/CD pipelines. Strong knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Apple App Store, TestFlight, GraphQL, and REST APIs. Experience developing large-scale e-commerce or retail applications. Experience with product catalogs, search, shopping carts, checkout, payments, and account management. Experience with Core Animation, Metal, or other graphics frameworks. Experience with modular iOS architectures and large codebases. Experience optimizing application startup time, memory usage, networking, and UI responsiveness. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with product, UX/design, backend, and QA teams.
