About brighthush – Transforming Diabetes Care Through Intelligent SaaS Solutions

For two decades, brighthush has been at the forefront of insulin and metabolic intelligence, delivering a cloud‑based SaaS platform that hospitals, health systems, and payors rely on to prevent patient harm, standardize clinical workflows, and drive measurable improvements in glycemic outcomes. Our technology integrates seamlessly with electronic health records (EHRs), provides real‑time decision support, and equips care teams with the data they need to make confident, evidence‑based insulin management decisions. As we continue to expand our footprint across the United States, we are looking for a passionate, clinically‑savvy leader to join our growing Customer Success organization.

Role Overview – Your Mission as a Customer Success Manager

Reporting directly to the Director of Clinical Success, you will serve as the primary clinical liaison for a portfolio of hospitals and health systems. From the moment a new client signs on, through implementation, go‑live, and long‑term partnership, you will be the trusted advisor who ensures that brighthush’s platform is adopted safely, efficiently, and to its fullest clinical potential. This is a fully remote, full‑time position based in the United States, with up to 50% travel for on‑site visits, training sessions, and industry events.

Key Responsibilities – What Success Looks Like

Clinical Partnership & Implementation

  • Act as the primary clinical point of contact for each assigned account, guiding customers through onboarding, EMR alignment, and post‑go‑live support.
  • Develop and execute a standardized implementation project plan that maps clinical and operational workflows, ensuring safe insulin therapy adoption.
  • Conduct regular check‑ins, virtual sessions, and on‑site visits to provide real‑time glycemic management expertise and best‑practice guidance.

Education & Training Delivery

  • Design and deliver customized training programs—including computer‑based modules, live virtual workshops, and hands‑on onsite education—tailored to each client’s unique workflows and goals.
  • Maintain a library of up‑to‑date educational content that reflects the latest product releases, clinical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Account Health Monitoring & Business Reviews

  • Track utilization, outcome metrics, and overall account health using brighthush’s analytics dashboards.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and stakeholder check‑ins to measure progress against agreed‑upon clinical and financial objectives.
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and coordinate cross‑functional response plans with Clinical, Product, Analytics, and Support teams.

Strategic Growth & Advocacy

  • Collaborate with the Partner Growth and Sales teams to support contract renewals, identify expansion opportunities, and champion upsell initiatives across the brighthush product suite.
  • Document customer feedback, product enhancement requests, and emerging clinical needs, and advocate for these insights with the Product Team and Clinical Review Committee.
  • Grow brighthush’s network of referenceable customers by facilitating participation in conferences, research studies, webinars, and peer‑to‑peer reference calls.
