Senior Learning Consultant
For our client, we are seeking a Senior Learning Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space. This role will support educational institutions as they strengthen learning, assessment, and product adoption strategies. The ideal candidate will partner with school and district leaders to translate goals into practical implementation plans, training approaches, and sustainable change. You will serve as a trusted advisor in executive conversations, helping clients maximize the impact of their learning management systems and related tools. This position blends consulting, coaching, and strategy to drive meaningful outcomes across complex education environments. Location: Remote Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually
Responsibilities
Guide clients using best practices in learning and assessment within the company's ecosystem Support the customer vision for using learning tools effectively Provide best-practice guidance on product-related projects Collaborate with stakeholders to develop communication and training plans Create tailored curriculum and assessment strategies to meet client needs Develop resources and professional development materials to support adoption Assist with execution of product-related strategies to enhance engagement Qualifications 5+ years of experience with learning management and assessment products, particularly an LMS and related assessment tools 1+ year in an educational leadership role overseeing learning management systems Experience leading change and building relationships within large organizations 1+ year creating professional development for educators 3+ years of teaching experience in digital learning environments Strong communication skills and executive presence Bachelor's degree in Instructional Technology or equivalent; Master's preferred
