Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Luxury Travel Consultant & Customer Experience Specialist to become the voice of brighthush and the guardian of our clients’ journeys. In this fully remote role, you will partner with travelers to design, coordinate, and execute seamless luxury experiences from the moment they book to the moment they return home. Your expertise will shape the narrative of every trip, ensuring that each client feels understood, valued, and inspired.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Deliver exceptional, personalized support via phone, email, and online messaging, ensuring every interaction reflects the brighthush standard of excellence.
• Itinerary Design & Management: Craft bespoke itineraries that align with clients’ preferences, budgets, and travel goals, booking luxury accommodations, private transfers, exclusive experiences, and tailored activities.
• Documentation & Compliance: Communicate essential travel details, visa requirements, health advisories, and agency guidelines to clients and internal teams, ensuring compliance with global regulations.
• Quality Assurance & Post‑Trip Follow‑Up: Monitor bookings for accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and confirm client satisfaction before, during, and after travel.
