As a Senior Manager of Customer Success Management, you will be at the forefront of shaping how our customers experience success, driving adoption, retention, and expansion across a diverse portfolio of high‑impact accounts.

Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Customer Success Management is the strategic bridge between account‑level consultants, technical teams, and executive leadership. You will own a regional portfolio of high‑value customers, translating corporate objectives into actionable account strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes. Your leadership will inspire a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to deliver world‑class service, while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Security to ensure that our solutions meet evolving customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Leadership & Revenue Management – Own regional Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) planning, set realistic targets, and align capacity and resources to achieve growth and retention goals. Conduct cadence reviews, identify early risks, and implement corrective actions to protect the pipeline.
  • Strategic Account Planning – Standardize Executive Business Review (EBR) narratives, proof‑of‑value metrics, and portfolio Key Success Objectives (KSOs) to demonstrate clear business impact. Translate corporate strategy into account‑level roadmaps that drive adoption and expansion.
  • Risk Management & Mitigation – Develop and enforce portfolio‑level risk playbooks. Chair recurring risk reviews, surface systemic patterns, and coordinate cross‑functional mitigations to reduce churn and protect revenue.
  • Voice of Customer (VoC) & Product Feedback – Run regional VoC cadences, aggregate customer requests into prioritized product roadmaps, and coordinate beta or lighthouse initiatives. Close the feedback loop with customers and Product teams to ensure that new features address real business challenges.
  • Process & Standards Optimization – Review and refine account standards to ensure reusable, secure performance patterns that accelerate time‑to‑value. Establish enablement agendas, proficiency baselines, and deep‑dive sessions with Product to guarantee expert coverage for strategic engagements.
  • Security & Architecture Excellence – Operationalize security best practices and standardize network design reviews across the portfolio, driving adoption of scalable, resilient architectures that meet regulatory and industry requirements.
  • Vertical & Regulatory Expertise – Scale vertical frameworks and tailor strategies to regulatory or industry needs (e.g., OT, Healthcare, Public Sector). Ensure compliance and best practices are embedded in every engagement.
  • Onboarding & Operating Rhythm – Own onboarding standards, playbooks, and operating rhythms. Measure adoption of best practices and continuously iterate for scale.
  • Ethical Leadership & Accountability – Model ethical decision‑making, hold teams accountable to balanced customer and organizational outcomes, and foster a culture of transparency and integrity.
  • Learning & Development – Cultivate a learning culture by running retrospectives, experiments, building skills roadmaps, and institutionalizing knowledge sharing to improve outcomes quarter over quarter.
