SENIOR OPERATIONS MANAGER DELIVERY & ACTIVATION

About the Opportunity: The SENIOR OPERATIONS MANAGER DELIVERY & ACTIVATION leads the scaling and operational execution of new business activations and ongoing service delivery. This role ensures efficient transition from contract signing to launch, oversees service quality, and drives capacity and cost improvements. It contributes directly to client satisfaction and operational growth by managing teams, process improvements, and technology use. Responsibilities: Lead transition from contract authorization to launch, coordinating implementation and internal stakeholders Manage delivery teams to maintain high service levels, quality, and timely completion Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, escalate compliance issues as needed Forecast demand, allocate resources, and manage operating costs while increasing service capacity Document and optimize operational processes and training materials Conduct regular operating reviews and use technology tools for performance monitoring Requirements: Minimum 7 years of leadership in deadline-driven, high-volume service operations with scaling experience Strong execution skills with proven ownership of problem-solving and decision-making Proficiency in using AI tools and operational technology to improve workflows and service delivery Experience managing quality and compliance in regulated environments Knowledge of financial metrics and capacity management to enhance operational economics Ability to standardize and scale workflows through process documentation and training Independent and resourceful, effective in remote and dynamic settings Pay Range and Compensation Package: The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
