Role Description The Senior Product Director is a full-time remote role responsible for leading the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of key pump and fluid management product lines. This role oversees product vision, market positioning, and portfolio performance, working closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, sales, operations, and marketing. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, defining product requirements, prioritizing initiatives, and guiding product managers to deliver impactful solutions. The Senior Product Director will review product performance data, assess customer feedback, and make data-informed decisions to optimize profitability and customer value. This role also includes mentoring team members, aligning projects with business objectives, and presenting product plans and results to senior leadership.
Qualifications
Strong Product Strategy and Product Management skills, with experience owning product roadmaps and lifecycle management. Advanced Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret market data, financial metrics, and customer insights to drive decisions. Proven Team Leadership capabilities, including coaching, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration. Solid Project Management skills for planning, prioritizing, and delivering complex initiatives on time and within scope. Experience in industrial products, pumps, or fluid management solutions is highly beneficial. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence at senior levels. Comfort working in a remote environment with strong self-management, organization, and digital collaboration skills. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
