About brighthush
brighthush is not just a software‑as‑a‑service (SaaS) company; it is a movement that is reshaping the way the world’s most influential accounting and finance professionals manage payments, practice operations, client experience, and tax compliance. With a portfolio of four fully integrated, cloud‑native products that power the majority of the Top 500 firms in the United States, brighthush empowers its customers to focus on what truly matters: delivering exceptional value to their clients. Our mission is simple yet ambitious – to make accounting effortless, transparent, and future‑ready. As a fast‑growing platform, we blend cutting‑edge technology with deep industry expertise, creating a unique ecosystem that drives measurable business outcomes for our customers.
Why This Role Matters
In the professional services arena, stories are currency. The narratives you craft about how our solutions transform firms can be the difference between a closed deal and a missed opportunity. As the Senior Product Marketing & Customer Advocacy Lead at brighthush, you will own the narrative that drives adoption, fuels sales, and builds lasting customer advocacy. Your work will shape how firms perceive our platform, how they articulate their wins, and how they champion our solutions within their networks.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a seasoned marketing leader who can translate complex product capabilities into compelling, concise, and persuasive messaging. You will collaborate daily with product, sales, and customer success teams to craft launch briefs, enablement content, case studies, and battlecards that resonate with finance, operations, and accounting leaders. Your storytelling will be the bridge between technical innovation and real‑world impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Launch Leadership: Own the end‑to‑end launch process for all four brighthush products – from tiering new releases to creating launch briefs that align product, sales, CS, and marketing.
- Messaging & Positioning: Build and refine message maps for new features, test them with sales teams, and iterate based on feedback to ensure clarity and relevance.
- Enablement & Training: Design and deliver enablement sessions, update pitch decks, one‑pagers, and internal launch announcements to keep every team aligned and equipped.
- Customer Advocacy: Manage the customer reference program, identify high‑impact firms for case studies, and craft compelling proof points that sales can leverage in the field.
- Competitive Intelligence: Refresh battlecards after deal reviews, monitor market trends, and provide insights that inform product strategy and positioning.
- Thought Leadership: Draft press releases, award submissions, and executive brighthush posts that showcase brighthush’s innovations and customer successes.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers to surface customer feedback, with sales to understand field challenges, and with CS to capture post‑implementation wins.
- Metrics & Impact: Track win rates, adoption metrics, and field resonance to demonstrate the ROI of marketing initiatives and inform future strategy.
Essential Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a proven track record in product launch, messaging, and enablement.
- Deep understanding of the accounting, finance, and professional services ecosystem, including key pain points and regulatory drivers.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing go‑to‑market strategies that drive adoption and revenue growth.
- Exceptional storytelling skills – the ability to translate technical features into customer‑centric narratives that resonate across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring marketing performance through metrics such as win rates, adoption curves, and ROI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a portfolio of high‑impact marketing assets (case studies, battlecards, launch briefs, etc.).
- Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM (e.g., brighthush), and content management systems.
- Leadership experience – ability to influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a high‑growth SaaS startup environment, preferably within the professional services or fintech space.
- Background in customer success or sales enablement, providing a holistic view of the customer journey.
- Knowledge of data‑driven marketing tools (e.g., brighthush, brighthush, brighthush) and experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization.
- Experience managing external agencies or partners for content creation, PR, and event execution.
- Advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Customer‑Centric Mindset: Always prioritizing the needs and pain points of accounting and finance leaders.
- Creative Storytelling: Turning complex data into compelling narratives that inspire action.
