Senior Program Manager – Data & Analytics
Senior Program Manager – Data & Analytics Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to drive operational execution, delivery governance, and organizational effectiveness across our Data & Analytics organization. This role will partner closely with Data, Analytics, Engineering, Product, and Business teams to ensure initiatives are delivered successfully and aligned with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain a portfolio of Data & Analytics initiatives and strategic programs Coordinate delivery across analytics, data engineering, platform engineering, and business teams Develop project plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines Identify risks, blockers, and competing priorities while driving resolution and accountability Lead program reviews, action tracking, status reporting, and stakeholder communications Develop executive-ready reporting, presentations, and progress updates Support demand management, prioritization, and resource planning activities Improve operational processes, governance frameworks, and delivery effectiveness across the organization Partner closely with leadership to translate strategic priorities into measurable execution plans Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Program Management, Technical Project Management, Business Operations, or related fields Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives Background working with Data, Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or Technology organizations Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills Experience with project and portfolio management methodologies and tools Ability to manage competing priorities and execute in fast-paced environments Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
