Role Overview – Lead the Future of Customer Success in Identity‑First Security
As the identity layer becomes the single control point for people, machines, and AI agents, Customer Success is evolving into a strategic enabler of security and compliance. In this high‑visibility position, you will partner with Customer Success leadership, Product, Product Marketing, and Sales Engineering to design, launch, and continuously improve programs that accelerate customer onboarding, adoption, and readiness. Your work will directly influence how quickly customers realize ROI, how effectively they adopt new features, and how well they can defend against evolving threats.
Core Responsibilities
- Program Design & Execution: Build end‑to‑end Customer Success programs that span onboarding, adoption, and readiness across the identity security lifecycle. Own the full program life cycle—from concept and stakeholder alignment to content creation, delivery, and performance measurement.
- Readiness & Enablement: Develop learning paths and readiness programs that equip Customer Success Managers (CSMs) with deep knowledge of IAM, PAM, IGA, ITDR, and AI‑agent identities. Ensure that every training module is actionable, engaging, and aligned with the latest security best practices.
- Content Creation & Brand Consistency: Produce clear, on‑brand, visually compelling playbooks, presentation decks, guides, and other collateral. Maintain consistent layout, typography, and visual style across all formats to reinforce brighthush’s brand identity.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Customer Success, Product, Product Marketing, and Sales Engineering to align programs with product launches, messaging, and market priorities. Capture and relay customer feedback, adoption blockers, and success stories back to the product and marketing teams.
- Metrics & Continuous Improvement: Track program metrics such as onboarding time, adoption rates, and CSM readiness scores. Use data to iterate on program design, refine content, and demonstrate ROI to senior leadership.
- Project & Stakeholder Management: Manage timelines, approvals, and dependencies across multiple teams. Support content quality assurance, version control, and release management to ensure flawless execution.
