  • Risk & Dependency Management – Identify program risks, dependencies, and scope changes; proactively manage issues and drive timely resolution.
  • Reporting & Portfolio Health – Provide program‑level reporting, risk dashboards, and portfolio health reviews to senior leadership and steering committees.
  • Cross‑Functional Alignment – Align delivery teams, project managers, product teams, and customer stakeholders around program objectives and milestones.
  • Steering Committee Leadership – Lead executive steering committees, governance boards, and milestone reviews, ensuring clear decision‑making and accountability.
  • Transition & Success Enablement – Support the seamless transition of completed projects into Customer Success and operational teams.
  • Continuous Improvement – Drive continuous improvement in program governance, reporting, and delivery practices, incorporating lessons learned and best practices.

  • Proven track record managing complex programs consisting of multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Experience engaging with executive‑level customer stakeholders (C‑suite, CIO, CTO, VP level).
  • Strong portfolio governance, risk management, and reporting skills.
  • Experience leading global or multi‑site technology implementations.
  • PMP certification (required).
  • Background in Professional Services, Consulting, SaaS, or Software organizations.
