Role Overview

As the Senior Prompt Engineering & Linguistics Lead, you will serve as the bridge between our advanced language models and the nuanced needs of our global clientele. You will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of prompt design—from conceptualization to deployment—ensuring that every piece of content produced by Palmyra meets the highest standards of quality, consistency, and brand fidelity. Key Responsibilities

• Prompt Design & Iteration: Create foundational prompt templates for diverse use cases—marketing, legal, technical, and support—while continuously refining them through A/B testing, user feedback, and performance analytics.
• Linguistic Validation: Leverage deep knowledge of morphology, syntax, and semantics to build regex and NLP pipelines that enforce brand style guides, tone, and formatting across multiple languages.
• Prompt Chain Architecture: Design multi‑step prompt chains that orchestrate complex content creation workflows, integrating external knowledge bases, domain ontologies, and real‑time data feeds.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Linguistics, Computational Linguistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience designing prompts for large language models such as GPT‑4, Claude, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Python with experience in data manipulation libraries (pandas, NumPy) and NLP toolkits (spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face).
• Strong grasp of linguistic theory—morphology, syntax, discourse analysis—and its application to text generation.
