Overview

We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer with 6–8 years of QA experience and strong expertise in Playwright automation. This role will focus primarily on automating testing for e-commerce shopping cart, checkout, card, and payment functionalities. The team is currently migrating from Tosca to Playwright, making Playwright automation expertise a critical requirement.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Playwright. Automate end-to-end testing for e-commerce cart, checkout, card, and payment workflows. Support the team's migration from Tosca to Playwright. Create effective automation strategies and test plans based on application requirements. Identify functional and automation coverage gaps and recommend improvements. Collaborate with QA, development, and product teams to ensure high-quality releases. Leverage AI tools and modern QA practices to improve test planning, automation efficiency, and overall test coverage. Requirements 6–8 years of QA/testing experience, with strong hands-on automation experience. Strong Playwright experience is required. Mandatory experience in e-commerce, particularly shopping cart, checkout, payments, or related functionality. Strong understanding of test automation strategy and the ability to develop an automation plan. Experience with AI tools to support test planning, automation, and QA activities. Tosca experience is a plus but not required. Familiarity with React, microservices, or modern web architectures is beneficial but not required. Strong understanding of functional and automated testing practices, with an emphasis on automation.
