Your role will encompass the full lifecycle of campaign execution—from content creation and scheduling to data reporting and stakeholder coordination. You will work closely with program managers, content creators, and regulatory experts to ensure every touchpoint delivers value, complies with industry standards, and drives measurable engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Production & Distribution

  • Weekly Newsletter Production: Create, quality‑check, schedule, and distribute the weekly field customer education newsletter using brighthush Marketing Cloud. Verify audience segmentation, content accuracy, link functionality, formatting, and send timing. Flag any items that require senior approval.
  • Content Calendar Management: Maintain a master content calendar that aligns with product launches, regulatory updates, and seasonal health initiatives. Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, and subject‑matter experts to ensure timely delivery.
  • Multichannel Outreach: Extend campaign reach beyond email by coordinating social media posts, webinars, and in‑app notifications, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
  • Creative Asset Oversight: Work with design teams to produce compelling visuals, infographics, and video snippets that enhance engagement and reinforce key messages.
  • Compliance Checks: Review all outbound communications for regulatory compliance, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards before publication.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Utilization Reporting: Leverage brighthush and the internal academy platform to generate customer education utilization reports. Validate data integrity, analyze results, identify trends or gaps, and summarize findings for program managers.
  • Performance Dashboards: Build and maintain real‑time dashboards that track key metrics such as open rates, click‑through rates, completion rates, and CEU credits earned.
  • Insight Generation: Translate raw data into actionable insights, recommend optimizations, and present findings to senior leadership.
  • Predictive Analytics: Use historical data to forecast campaign performance, identify high‑potential segments, and inform future content strategy.
  • Reporting Automation: Design automated reporting workflows to reduce manual effort and increase accuracy.

Program & Project Coordination

  • Program & Campaign Tracking: Support program nominations and campaigns by monitoring owners, inputs, milestones, approvals, due dates, and status. Follow up on open items, flag risks, and ensure timely completion.
  • Regulated Content Workflow: Route campaign and program materials through brighthush Vault when required. Track review progress, support version control, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for cross‑functional teams, providing status updates, clarifying requirements, and ensuring alignment.
  • Resource Allocation: Coordinate internal and external resources, including freelancers and vendors, to meet project deadlines.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential bottlenecks, propose mitigation strategies, and maintain a risk register for all active initiatives.

Certification & Compliance Management

  • Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous quality checks on reports, campaign assets, recipient lists, and operational records. Route compliance‑sensitive questions to the appropriate owner.
  • Process Improvement: Document repeatable processes and recommend practical enhancements to campaign execution, reporting, and program coordination.
