Role Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic, data‑driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead our customer acquisition and retention initiatives from end to end. Your strategic vision, analytical rigor, and creative flair will help us scale sustainably while maintaining a focus on customer delight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning – Craft comprehensive growth plans that define target audiences, budgets, timelines, and measurable objectives aligned with brighthush’s business goals.
  • Campaign Management – Own end‑to‑end execution of acquisition campaigns across paid search, paid social, email, and emerging channels. Ensure seamless integration of creative assets, messaging, and landing pages.
  • Creative Collaboration – Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing page designs that resonate with distinct customer segments.
  • Conversion Optimization – Identify friction points in the customer journey, design hypothesis‑driven experiments, and implement A/B tests to improve conversion rates and reduce churn.
  • Experiment Design & Analysis – Plan controlled experiments with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and reporting cadences. Use statistical rigor to interpret results and inform future initiatives.
  • Performance Monitoring – Track key metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and retention. Build dashboards that provide real‑time insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Budget Allocation – Allocate and reallocate budgets dynamically based on performance data, channel efficiency, and strategic priorities.
  • Cross‑Functional Alignment – Partner with product teams on onboarding flows, activation triggers, and feature adoption. Coordinate with sales to assess lead quality and conversion pathways.
  • Reporting & Communication – Present findings to senior leadership, articulate data limitations, and recommend practical next steps. Document experiments and best practices for knowledge sharing.
  • Continuous Improvement – Stay abreast of industry trends, new tools, and emerging channels. Champion a culture of experimentation and data‑driven decision making across the marketing organization.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Legal eligibility to work in the United States and residence in an employer‑approved state.

Preferred Qualifications
