Senior Salesforce Architect Location: Remote – United States Job Type: Contract Duration: Potential for a Long-Term Engagement Work Arrangement: 100% Remote
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations, from requirements gathering and architecture design through deployment and optimization. Architect scalable CRM solutions across Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud . Design Salesforce data models, automation workflows using Salesforce Flow, and enterprise integrations. Support Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) architecture where applicable. Design and optimize Marketo–Salesforce integrations to support marketing automation, lead management, and data synchronization. Manage implementation roadmaps, project milestones, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional delivery. Partner with marketing leadership and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. Establish architecture standards, platform governance, and best practices for performance, security, and maintainability.
Required Qualifications
Extensive experience as a Salesforce Architect, Solution Architect, or Technical Architect. Proven track record of leading multiple full-lifecycle Salesforce implementations . Strong hands-on architecture experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Flow, and data model design. Demonstrated project management and end-to-end implementation delivery capabilities. Experience with enterprise integrations and stakeholder management across business and technical teams. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Marketo and Marketo–Salesforce integration. Salesforce CPQ implementation or architecture experience. Background in B2B, enterprise services, security services, facilities services, or other complex enterprise environments. Relevant Salesforce architecture certifications. Ideal Candidate: A hands-on, delivery-oriented Salesforce Architect who has successfully led multiple enterprise CRM implementations and can bridge architecture, project execution, and marketing business needs.
