About the Role
Seeking an experienced HEOR Analyst with strong SAS programming and Real-World Evidence (RWE) experience. The role focuses on analyzing large healthcare claims and EHR datasets to support research across disease prevalence, disease burden, treatment patterns, healthcare utilization, and patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct data queries and analyses using real-world healthcare data to support research and product development. Develop and implement efficient SAS programs for assigned projects. Assist in developing study protocols and analysis plans. Generate analytical reports, tables, and graphics to communicate findings. Perform quality control of SAS programs and analytical outputs. Develop and maintain reusable SAS macros, programming templates, and analytical tools.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Epidemiology, Public Health, Biostatistics, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of professional SAS programming experience. Minimum 3 years of experience conducting HEOR/RWE studies using large healthcare claims or EHR databases. Hands-on experience with MarketScan, PharMetrics Plus, or Premier healthcare databases. Experience with Amazon Redshift; Snowflake experience is a plus. Working knowledge of healthcare coding systems, survival analysis, regression analysis, and observational research.
