Senior ServiceNow Developer Atlanta, GA 30332 (Remote) Either Web Cam or In Person Preferred Qualifications: Years of Experience 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience in enterprise or large-scale environments 3+ years building and supporting custom applications using App Engine Studio 3+ years working within Agile or sprint-based delivery models Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred Preferred Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) ITIL® 4 Foundation (or equivalent ITSM experience) Preferred Skills: Strong experience with server-side scripting, including Script Includes, Business Rules, and Scripted REST APIs Advanced proficiency with GlideRecord, query optimization, and transactional logic Experience with Flow Designer, including reusable actions, subflows, and orchestration patterns Solid understanding of ACL design, role hierarchy, and access evaluation order Experience designing and supporting Configurable Workspace and UI Builder-based experiences Familiarity with Platform Analytics, including indicators, breakdowns, and dashboards Experience with REST-based integrations and data exchange using JSON Strong documentation skills, including technical design notes and implementation guidance
