Role Overview
As a Senior Solutions Architect – Customer Success & Enterprise Partnerships at brighthush, you will be the linchpin between our sales, product, and engineering teams. You will partner with our most strategic studio and publisher accounts across North America and Europe, delivering custom solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. This hybrid role balances pre‑sale technical consulting with post‑sale account management, ensuring that every partnership is both successful and scalable.
Key Responsibilities
Pre‑Sale – Strategic Solutions Design
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify high‑value opportunities and craft tailored demos that showcase brighthush’s capabilities.
- Lead technical discovery sessions with studio engineering leads, translating complex business requirements into concrete, actionable solutions.
- Develop detailed proposals for custom integrations, white‑label playtests, managed creator programs, and player acquisition campaigns.
- Serve as the technical and product subject‑matter expert during deal negotiations, addressing objections and ensuring alignment with studio goals.
- Coordinate a seamless handoff from sales to onboarding, guaranteeing that the transition is smooth and that the studio’s expectations are met from day one.
Post‑Sale – Customer Success & Account Growth
- Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise studios and publishers, acting as the primary point of contact for all technical and business inquiries.
- Drive onboarding, success planning, and regular business reviews that tie usage data to clear, measurable outcomes.
- Identify expansion opportunities—additional licenses, add‑ons, and campaigns—and lead renewal conversations to secure long‑term partnerships.
- Monitor account health and usage metrics, proactively flagging risks and implementing mitigation plans.
- Collect structured customer feedback and translate it into actionable insights for the product and engineering teams.
Team & Process Leadership
- Shape the methodology for delivering custom solutions, turning ad‑hoc work into repeatable playbooks that scale with growth.
- Support teammates on strategic accounts and provide back‑stop coverage for APAC accounts during overlapping hours.
- Maintain up‑to‑date account plans, opportunities, and next steps in our CRM, ensuring visibility across the organization.
Essential Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in account management, solutions engineering, partnerships, or business development, ideally within a platform or SaaS company serving game studios or publishers.
- Proven track record of managing large, complex accounts and driving commercial growth.
- Experience designing and selling custom, consultative solutions rather than standard packages.
- Hands‑on experience owning commercial conversations—proposals, pricing, renewals, and expansion.
- Strong technical fluency: ability to quickly master new products, understand integrations and data flows, and explain concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Organized, self‑directed, and capable of juggling multiple strategic accounts and live deals simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing relationships with game studios and publishers in North America or Europe.
- Background in player acquisition, playtesting, creator or influencer programs, community platforms, payments, or e‑commerce for games.
- Experience at a games platform or marketplace working directly with publisher partners.
- Proficiency in additional European or Asian languages.
Skills & Competencies
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture and translate it into actionable plans.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud architecture, APIs, data pipelines, and game‑specific workflows.
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to build trust with C‑level executives, engineering leads, and marketing heads.
- Project Management: Skilled at managing timelines, deliverables, and cross‑functional teams.
- Data‑Driven Decision Making: Comfortable using analytics to measure success and inform strategy.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast‑moving environment with evolving priorities.
